About Anchor Me Down Apparel

Our Story

Anchor Me Down Apparel was born from a simple frustration: streetwear that falls apart. Founded by Don Morrison, AMD set out to build the heaviest, most durable garment-dyed streetwear on the market. Every piece starts at 425 GSM — nearly triple the weight of a standard department store tee.

Why 425 GSM?

Most t-shirts clock in around 150–180 GSM. Premium brands might hit 220. We start at 425 GSM because we believe streetwear should be built to last. Our ultra-heavyweight cotton holds its shape wash after wash, drapes like nothing else, and gets softer with every wear. This isn't fast fashion — it's forever fashion.

The Garment-Dye Difference

Every Anchor Me Down piece is garment-dyed after construction. This means each garment develops its own unique character — subtle color variations, a broken-in feel from day one, and a vintage wash that only improves with time. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Built for the Dock and the Gym

Our designs draw from nautical heritage and gym culture. Whether you're pulling crab pots at dawn or pulling deadlifts at dusk, AMD gear is built to handle it. The oversized, relaxed fit moves with you, while the heavyweight fabric stays put.

Our Commitment

We stand behind every piece we make. Premium materials, honest pricing, and free shipping on orders over $200. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just the heaviest streetwear you'll ever own.

Stay Anchored

"Stay Anchored" isn't just our tagline — it's a mindset. Stay grounded. Stay committed. Stay true to who you are. That's what Anchor Me Down is all about.
