At Anchor Me Down, we want to get your premium apparel to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $200
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale unless defective
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@anchormedown.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item for a different size, subject to availability. Contact us and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
